Whats food got to do with this blog?

Turning Point of Tampa supports 12 step recovery for those suffering with an eating disorder.  Eating Disorders are progressive, addictive, dangerous and potentially fatal.  We will be featuring one abstinent recipe each month in order to share the hope that recovery is possible.

Johnny Marzetti

2 oz. cooked ground turkey, seasoned to taste

3 tbsp. part-skim ricotta or cottage cheese

1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ of the turkey/sauce mixture
  • ¼ cup squash or vegetable of choice
