FT – Admissions Coordinator

Responsibilities will include responding to all inquiry calls, completing intake assessments, scheduling and facilitating admissions to all levels of care. The ideal candidate will have a working and/or personal knowledge of 12-Step recovery, experience working in behavioral health/addictions field and possess an innate ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of compassion. Crisis intervention and the ability to prioritize are also necessary skills. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. However, experience in behavioral health/addictions field will be considered.

FT – House Manager/Behavioral Health Tech

Immediate opening for a full-time House Manager, 40 hours per week, midnight shift. The appropriate candidate will have experience working in behavioral health/addictions environments and must have experience with and/or knowledge of 12-Step recovery.

FT – Medical Records Coordinator

Immediate full time opening for a Medical Records Coordinator. Qualifications include a minimum of two (2) years experience in a medical records environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel, minimum) and a high school diploma. Experience with 12-Step programs, addiction, and an electronic medical record system preferred. This position demands a dynamic individual with the ability to multitask and prioritize, as well as to deal effectively with multiple deadlines. Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

House Manager/Behavioral Health Tech – PRN (as needed)

We have an immediate opening for a PRN house manager, varying shifts. The appropriate candidate will have experience working in behavioral health/addictions environments and must have experience with and/or knowledge of 12-Step recovery.
