4 oz. diced beef or chicken, cooked weight

1/2 cup tomato sauce

Chili powder to taste

Simmer ingredients together for 20 minutes.

Servings: 1

Portion Size: 4 oz = 1 protein

**1 oz. cooked beans can be substituted for 2 oz. beef.
