Day Treatment

Turning Point of Tampa’s day treatment program offers a structured, intensive treatment program for clients not meeting the criteria for residential treatment but requiring a more intensive level of treatment than outpatient services provides.

Turning Point of Tampa’s clinical staff are dedicated, experienced professionals who provide supportive, structured therapy. Our Medical Director is a board certified psychiatrist who reviews cases and performs psychiatric evaluations and follow-up.

Day treatment clients will be provided the education, therapy, and structured environment essential to begin new recovery skills. Turning Point of Tampa’s treatment philosophy is based on a 12-Step model with a focus on relapse prevention. Clients participate in groups, lectures, workshops, individual sessions, and other treatment modalities as outlined by their individualized treatment plans and as developed by the client and the therapeutic team.
