Our Admissions Department is staffed with experienced, qualified professionals who determine the individual needs of each client. Admission to the facility is based on an intake assessment and medical clearance. Admission Criteria:

To maintain program integrity, the following are required for admission:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Medically stable.
• Completion of the preadmission assessment. In many cases, this assessment can be conducted by phone.
• Upon admission, clients are comprehensively assessed by our nursing and/or medical staff to assure medical stability.

Our offices are open Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Fridays , 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. eastern time zone. These are the times we can best answer your questions.
